Meet Core Element’s Founder:

Craig (he/him) is an experiential alchemist and community-driven yoga and movement teacher based in Bowling Green, KY. Queer, sober, and with a deep-fried Dharma; he brings hustle and heart to his offerings in ways that invite and evoke self reflection, playfulness, and connection. When he isn’t sneaking Dolly and Bey into every playlist he can be found tabletop gaming, dancing, and spending time with people he loves; and he can’t wait to add y’all to that family.

What is Core Element?

True wellness encompasses more than just physical goals in the journey to becoming our best selves.  Core Element offers a diverse range of yoga class styles in addition to workshops and referrals in our network of holistic service providers. Core Element offerings range from beginner-friendly gentle and restorative yoga to more active and dynamic power yoga with many options in between.  From deeply meditative to emotionally moving, sweaty and ecstatic to centering and still—

This diversity of class offerings allows students to explore different facets of yoga and movement and find what resonates with them. It also encourages them to approach their practice with an open and curious mindset rather than rigid preconceptions. Our holistic focus fosters community and connection, creating a welcoming space for people to learn, grow, and heal together through movement and mindfulness. When we are inclusive of all elements of life the core of our being is stronger.

“Greater awareness of the multiple elements of wellness can inspire a better and more interwoven sense of self. When you stop seeing the body as a problem to be solved and molded to form; but rather an experience of illuminating the embodied self to amplify life outside of the limited experience of fitness.”
