Buti

Looking for a way to move for joy and self-love instead of restriction and punishment? Get out of your head and into your body. Embrace your sense of internal fire and deeply grounded movement with Buti.

Buti combines yoga asana with deep toning spiral movement, strength and conditioning, world dance, tapping, drumming, and energetic expression all set to heart-pounding music. The only thing louder than the playlist is the energy that the group brings. Buti (pronounced boo-tee) may sound like its all about the glutes but this is a full-body experience suitable for people with a little prior movement experience.

Inside Flow

Inside Flow is a development of vinyasa yoga and modern movement. Music drives Inside Flow Yoga classes and frames the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. This practice encourages you to find your internal beat, the pulsation of your breath and move from your heart.
